Hotel Policy, Terms & Conditions

Check-In

  • Check-in time is from 13:00 - 23:00 hrs on day of arrival.

  • A valid government-issued identification card (for Thai nationals) or passport (for international travelers) is required at check-in. This is by law applicable to hotels and rental properties to report all foreign guests (non Thai nationals) in the TM30 immigration system.

  • During busy periods check-in time can be delayed due to housekeeping issues. We greatly appreciate your patience as we work hard to keep your rooms cleaned.

  • Guests who fail to check-in by 23:00 hrs on the arrival date will be treated as a no-show and the reservation will be cancelled entirely. No-shows are non-refundable.

Early Arrival & Late Departure

  • Should you arrive at the hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you can leave your luggages & belongings with reception until your check-in is available.

  • Late check-out may be possible by prior arrangement at the Hotel’s discretion and are subjected to room availability and occupancy status. However in the absence of such prior arrangement, failure to check-out by the check-out time will result in the guest being charged for an additional night’s accommodation at the standard applicable rate.

During Your Stay

  • Housekeeping, room cleaning, fresh linen and towels, are only available on request - free of charge. Please request from our staff and leave us your room key.

  • Toiletries refill (soap, shampoo, extra toilet rolls) are available on request at the reception.

  • Smoking is not permitted in the rooms.

  • Guests must maintain acceptable noise levels and must show regard to neighbor, especially during the late hours.

  • While reasonable efforts are made to provide a secure and safe environment, the Hotel will not be held responsible for liability of lost, damaged, or stolen belongings.

  • Guests must inform the Hotel for any new guests that are spending the night or sharing the room that weren’t previously registered during check-in, as such may void our agreement.

  • Guests are liable for any costs, loss or damage to the Hotel premises and/or property due to negligence or recklessness caused by the Guest or any person in the Guest’s party during the stay.

  • While the Hotel try its’ best to provide Guests an insect-free room, it is almost impossible to win the battle with nature. Insects do sometimes make their way into rooms. Please ask us for assistance for insects related issues.

  • Temporary electricity blackouts are a common occurrence on the island. Rooms are not equipped with backup power. If power outage for a considerable amount of time that affects hugely the quality of stay, we will assist in reducing the room charges including partial or full refunds.

  • The Hotel reserves the right to evict Guests for the following reasons (but not limited to); bad reflection to the community, a nuisance to other staying guests at the Hotel, has verbally threatened or poses a danger to other guests or staff members, or engages in illegal activity according to the Thai law. The Hotel reserve the right to evict Guests at the Hotel’s discretion and terminate their stay. Any disputes will be mediated through the authorities.

General Provisions

  • By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel's standard terms and conditions of stay.

  • The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.

  • The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • The Hotel shall not be liable for any costs or travel expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.

  • The Hotel reserves the rights to make changes to the policy outlined above without notice.
